An active load is any shipment Kilimanjaria is monitoring in a given calendar month. A load is counted once, regardless of how many replanning events occur on it. If a load completes mid-month and a new one is added, the new one counts in that month's total.
For REST API-capable TMS platforms, integration typically takes 2-4 hours of setup. For EDI-based systems (204/210), we handle the connector configuration on our end. Growth and Scale plans include integration support from our team. Starter customers follow a self-serve setup guide with email support.
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing period with no penalty. Scale plans operate under an annual contract with agreed terms. We do not charge cancellation fees on monthly plans.
Yes. Kilimanjaria handles sea, road, and intermodal (sea-rail) route evaluation. Full multimodal route chaining (sea-rail-road) is available on Growth and Scale plans. Starter covers sea and road legs.
Kilimanjaria is hosted within the EU (Frankfurt region). Shipment data is stored and processed within EU boundaries. We are GDPR-compliant and can provide a Data Processing Agreement on request. EU-based customers are covered by default.
